I use micro balloons in my epoxy 3/1 to expand it with no weight gain. It works great and it sandable.

mugen, what are micro balloons? Anyway, I went out and bought some Great Stuff sprayable foam. I completely covered the front of the fuse where the new firewall will be. It's sand-able so I'm gonna give it a little more curing time, then bust out the razor and sanding block and sculpt her back to normal. This was just to fill in some of the foam which was torn out. The og damage wasn't even that bad. I "painted" the front of the fuse with a light coat of epoxy where the firewall would be for my initial repairs. Then, today I decided to fill in all the rest of the gaps. I'll just need to drill out a passage for the motor leads. I wish USPS knew how to track their packages.
