Don't know about the mount Toff, but the second (KEDA) motor is what I have in mine, and another chap on here followed suit and was happy with it. It will not give you unlimited vertical, but is more than enough to take you straight up for several hundred feet. Mine's swinging a Cod GWS looky-likey 10x6DD and pulls around 230 watts at WOT. Any more than this would, in my opinion make the cub over-powered. Hook it up to a Hobbywing 40A ESC and you are good for four servos and get upto 10-14 mins flight time, depending on your flying style.
Be aware with this motor though, that the shaft exits out of the wrong end if you are not cage mounting it. You do get an adaptor that bolts to the bell, allowing it to be mounted outside of a mount, with the shaft then being unused.
