I have a couple Zippy 2200 batterys that I have charged with the stock SC LP charger. Worked great on the first charge and now they charger will only flash three times and then nothing. I checked my stock battery and the same thing. Did I burn up the stock charger?

Maybe - mostly they are not such great chargers. OK, they actually are lousy.
But - if voltage drops below 3.0v/cell they will reject the lipo. What is your individual cell voltage?
With a voltmeter: Measure 1&2, 2&3, 3&4 wires at the balance tap. That will give each individual cell. DO NOT TOUCH THE PROBES TOGETHER - SHORT! BAD!!! You should get all cells above 3.0v. If not you have a lipo problem-bad cell/over discharged or broken tap wire likely If all cells are OK, the tap is OK, then you have a charger problem.
No voltmeter? Get one.

I have a voltmeter but i'm 800 miles from home for the next two weeks working. I hate rotational work!!! I just had the sweety pick me up a charger, an Racers edge sure charge 1500. Any one know anything about these? When I get home I will see if they charge. If I am below 3.0v/cell I will be curious how. I have never drained the stock battery all the way to LVC, and the two Zippys have one flight each on them and never ran out of juice. Let's hope it is the crappy charger.

Sounds like you've tried to take care of the lipos, so....probably the charger. Frankly, you need a better one anyway. Not familiar with that brand, hope it works out. FWIW I had a mess of the PZ chargers and also had a mess of them just up and die on me with no warning. I did kill 1 with over voltage but that was my fault. OTOH a better charger would have had a safety mechanism.
