I finally modified a Super Cub bought from e-bay at Hobb-e-mart. Cub had bad esc everything else was fine but for 77bucks plus shipping it has turned out to be an exciting build. I removed the electronics, servos, and motor/mount assy. Put Turnigy C35-36 1100 in with custom mount. ESC-40A turnigy sentry programmed with Turnigy programming card. Put 2 Hitec servos in old servo location. APCE 9x7.5 At WOT 28A 315watts. It's a lot of fun! Fashizzle. Will like to make the low-wing mod next.

Guys at the club freak when I fly it. The Low-Wing mod will have to wait for now. Having flown it for a while in this configuration I decided to order parts to break 100mph.
The results will be on youtube with a radar gun for proof. I am taking great care to re-invent the cub so it will handle the terrible stress brought on by extreme speed. It will be a super cub in appearance only.
I'll post when I'm done with a link to youtube.
