He's giving you a ration of crap. If you check he gets them all the time himself. Take a look at your own postings. They are pretty repetitive. Get off the fence, buy something and put it in. There is no perfect solution, just a bunch of options depending on your personal criteria.
There is NO 'I want the best, cheapest, most powerful, most reliable system'. Pick ONE-all the rest will end up compromised. I can point you at the 'best'. It'll cost you $300-$500 just for the electrics alone, and that doesn't include the TX/RX. You'll cry when you crash it. And I can point you at the cheapest, which is already on your Cub. You don't cry nearly as much when you crash that. And everything in between.

can you point me at the cheapest thanks jay Why, clicking on all four links and comparing the prices youself too difficult? The cheapest motor was the alpha from hobbyparts, it's also big enough to give you vertical performance. If money is an issue you also need to consider postage and handling costs. It might be cheaper in the long run to buy all your stuff from one place so you only have to pay one lot of postage charges.

Well if you are in the states headsup RC has great prices not to mention shipping is like 2.00 for a complete order. for Priority or 1st class mail if I remember right, so only a few days before you get everything. With what I posted is right around like $75.00. I do not know what you may already have Tx/Rx, batteries etc... so you could end up spending less. You can also always sell your stock electronics on Ebay or the foums out their and get a little of your money back.

Well depending what you want for a radio, (think about the future as well when selecting one) will add some cost. My own opinion I like and look for deals. I use Ebay for just about everything, but that is me. I use a DX7 and Ar600 Rx's but that is me. All depends what you want, plan on doing with it, and the big one how much you want to spend.
Have you flown you SC stock except using a lipo in it and a GWS 1060 prop? I flew mine that ways for a couple of years, their is a big improvement right their in its self.
But ultimatly up to you. Give me a day or two I can try to get a youtube vid up of my brushless cub so you can see it perform etc..
Good luck George

You got a JR 9303 TX and you are sitting around dithering about a few $$$ on parts? You have a bad case of indecision. No one here can help you at this point. Just DO something.

good to see you're finally getting there jay.
I was looking on hobbypartz to see if you could get all ur gear from there, but I don't think so, no matter what you're probably still going to end up having to go to hobbyking to get your props and batteries, so buying from hobbyking might be the best way to minimise your postage costs.
make sure your cart includes: motor spare shafts for motor (rotor end prop adaptors much more likely to get bent that the actual prop shaft) esc servos battery props perhaps a prop saver servo extension wires wheels heat shrink silicone wire hobby knife and spare blades battery connectors (male and female) switching BEC/UBEC (if your ESC doesn't have a switchmode BEC, the linear ones get hot)
you'll also want a soldering iron, solder, some 'helping hands' (aligator clips on a iron stand to hold things in place while you solder them), and vice grips are handy too.
You can use fishing line or string for wing struts, but the CF is a much better option. Were you planning to go ailerons or flaps as well? If so, add some hinge tape to your cart.
