Well, Ok. Probably using an 8S battery, volts up, amperage down. Not unusual for fast jet work. Prop recommendation is likely off though, I suspect maybe a 3x2. Likely not enough thrust for the Cub. Might work on an exceedingly annoying pylon racer. Probably make dogs in the next county howl.
You found a mistake on a Chinese spec. Want a challenge? Find a spec that is NOT a mistake.

I was just thinking that for it to be that high a wattage at 10A, the voltage would have to be ridiculously high. You mean they actually make outrunners to take 31V batteries??
