ESC BEC question...

Im about to upgrade my SC to a spektrum, but im keeping the stock motor (for the shortest time possible). So I bought this cheap 20A Heli esc Bec, and I was wondering what point the LVC activates in this thing... Does anyone else have one???

and for future reference, how many kv is the stock? (I'm keeping the stock KV as the minimum), and I want to keep it geared so I can play around with random props .
