Simple motor mount.

Remove old gear box, Drill hole in same location as old shaft at same angle. Fill hole with epoxy. Coat ply spar in epoxy and jab in hole. Screw on motor. Hold it at the angle you want it till it sets. Took about 8 minutes and it only took that long because I had to hold it in postion for 5 minutes to let the epoxy cure.

Looks good. I, on the other hand, don't really like stick-mounts. I prefer mounting right on the firewall.
