Hi all, I've been noticing lately that while in flight and even on the ground, the servos twitch. They're very slight movements but seem to affect the plane's movment much. Another problem is that my servo suddenly gets stuck. While on the ground, when I turn the rudder, it doesn't move. When I adjust the plane and move it around, it moves. Anybody had these problems? Thanks.

So, yet another one with cracked servo plug joints?

What did you do to correct it?

Hey Mr. Mugen. FlyDiver was correct on the thread he posted as I had the same exact problem. He had the right solution. What I did to fix the twitching of the servos was that I look a good look inside RX box, noticing a tiny cut on the solder joint. Of course, they were still connecting, but a wire being a little off can mean trouble. So, I used 5 minute epoxy and carefully applied it to the crack and waited. I flew it the next morning and I was "WOW" ;D. Thank You FlyDiver!

You didn't solder the crack in the solder? The epoxy may stabilize it but I wouldn't trust it to keep it that way while flying. It might go bad on you again and make the affected surfaces go crazy. Use at your own risk.
That is a tough little place to solder. I needed a very fine tipped iron and a big magnifier to do it. I figured if I failed I would have to get a new one but this one was not usable as it was so I had nothing to lose if I ruined it.

Hello FlyDiver. I am thinking about soldering the wires together, but the problem is that I do not have my soldering tools right now. A friend of mine is using it for a giant 1/4 scale Patty! So, thanks for your advice, I should solder it as soon as I get my tools back. Take Care, thanks again for saving my plane, athough epoxy is pretty strong! Hahaha LOL
