Great forum you guys have here! Here is my question I’d like to throw out there: I have a FlyZone Piper J-3 Cub with the Tactic 4 channel radio and the standard Tactic TSC600 6-7 cell 15 Amp speed control the plane came with. What I would like to do is modify my Hobbyzone Cub with ailerons and install the Tactic radio package from my FlyZone Cub. I’ve been using the 8 cell Hobbyzone batteries in my Cub with the stock motor. Do you guys think I could use the Tactic radio and speed control in my Hobbyzone Cub with the stock motor and 8 cell Hobbyzone batteries? Would the Tactic SC hold up? Thanks in advance!!!!!

Well, I made the swap. Ops checked the SC and all is working well. Will continue making the swap tomorrow night. Plan on adding ailerons this weekend.

Is that a sleeved cable that actuates the ailerons?
Looks nice.

I just removed the Tactic gear from the Flyzone J3 I have, and am getting it rigged up with Spektrum, to learn to fly ailerons, I still have the stock gear in my Cub, but I do plan to build up another fuselage to mount my floats on prior to summer.
