Hey fellow cubbers....
Iam planning on purchasing the Elite 1500's from cheap batteries.com....However....Do I need to purchase a different charger? or can I use the wall charger that comes with the super cub? I couldn't find anything on that particular matter.....Thanks for the help or link that I might have missed....

7-cell > no problem, just takes longer. 8-cell > wall wart will 'not quite' do it-it'll time out. DC charger will not function. Realistically, new charger required. Don't buy ParkZone.

oh.. okay thanks guys....much appreciated!!! I will look into the "turnigy"....Though lately I must say I have been enjoying my 7cells more so than my 8cells....I find the 8's definitely have more power initially...however, I seem to get more flight time with my 7cells...don't need the extra speed to get inverted when your pushing up on your elevator stick If I do the Lipo thing...I think it will be with my new plane...maybe the Trojan or something else along those lines.... Thanks Again Degas

When you add another cell you up the performance. It's like driving faster-your gas mileage goes down. With throttle management you might do a similar job but unless the 8-cell is a batter with more mAh in addition to voltage you'll likely see a small reduction in flight time.
