like fly said all of the major brands out there are on these taps. your el-cheapo batteries you find on ebay wouldne be on these taps. when you buys from overseas you get the good price but the quality and information you recieve about your products will always be sketchy at best. heres the links to the adapters. you can get descriptions of what balance taps they work for fmadirect.com/detail.htm?item=2271§ion=45fmadirect.com/detail.htm?item=2125§ion=45admiral

Amen. Ever try to stick program a Towerpro ESC? Ever try to even find the information on HOW to program a Mystery ESC? Spend some time in the larger RC forums and find out about lack of support.

I have the Accucel 6 and love it. It does everything I need and more. Very safe and easy to use right out of the box (but read the manual anyway ). A really nice feature is being able to charge and balance two 3s lipos at the same time (as it is a 6 cell charger), but only a time saver if they are roughly discharged to the same level. I highly recommend it. You're probably right about the effectiveness of the warranty but at 1/3 the price of a less functional, non-balancing charger at my LHS (also manufacured in China - what isn't !), I felt I would take the risk and I'm really glad I did. I also highlt recommend the Zippy and HXT lipos from HC... no issues in 6 months use and their capacity specs are ~50+mAh conservative (I'm getting 1350 out of my 1300s, and 1570 out of my 1500s). As someone mentioned, the EMS shipping is excellent... 3 days from the other side of the planet !!

Well, decided to find out what the dark side was like - got myself an Accucel 6.
Initial impression of the AC6 after using Cellpro 4S (and a bunch of others) for the last 2 years.
It certainly is not as simple.
If you find watts/power systems/batteries, etc. confusing only go this route if you are willing to suffer for your cheapness. You will.
Admittedly, it will do some tricks that the old Cellpro 4s (Not familiar with the multi-4S) will not do. Somehow I've lived without those or worked around them for the last 2 years. Once I figure out the arcane programming it may be a fun tool but it is not simple, not straightforward, not intuitive, and not necessarily easy.
Maybe I should have made a new thread?
