I've looked and looked and can't find the answer. I need to know if I have to fully discharge the battery before charging. And is it O.K. to let it trickle charge after it's fully charged up?
In short----DON'T DO IT! Total discharge of a NiXX cell PACK is bad bad bad.
Trickle charge is OK but not really useful and not desirable for long periods. I've hooked up a wattmeter to check on that so-called trickle charge and it doesn't register anything. I think it's a hoax.
