One question, my 8 cell battery is not doing very well anymore. It is getting weaker, I've only had it for about 3 weeks? What is wrong?

Try a complete discharge followed by a S L O W trickle charge. Repeat once or twice more. Should do the trick, if not it's LIPO TIME !! M

By a complete discharge I hope Mararra does not mean until zero volts. This is a 'old mens fable'-do not be part of the process to keep it alive. To do so is a fast track to making sure your battery stays dead. A discharge is to ~0.9-1.0v/cell. Then a VERY slow charge. Unfortunately none of the stock PZ chargers are slow enough. You want about 100mAh or .1A. To completely discharge risks a cell reversal of the weakest cell in the pack, permanent chemical changes, and early demise. That and heat are the biggest enemies of NiMh. If you need more info please read here: www.repairfaq.org/ELE/F_NiCd_Battery.html#NICDBATTERY_004Where did you get the pack? fly

If you've been flying it often, NOT discharging to dead, and charging at a reasonable rate (say under 2A) then you just have a funky battery most likely. If not used in a long while a few cycles will refresh them. If they are truly going dead then cycling can be of limited value. Usually the 'weakest' cell goes and makes the battery lame after that.
If you've been flogging it, slamming it in the charger still hot and charging it FAST so it comes out even hotter, and doing that a couple times a day > then you killed it yourself.
