Stopped by the LHS tonight and picked up:
A new Super Cub A pair of Dubro Diamond Light 2.5" wheels A Sullivan 1" aluminum hub rear steer wheel A joint of 5/32" brass tubing for wheel bearings An additional battery
I think I am set.....
I plan on making the wheel mod as I assemble the SC. I got the information how-to and what-is-needed right here on the forum.
Won't be able to get it out of the box until this Saturday but at least it is in the "hanger."

One thing...how do I disengage the ACT? I do not plan to use it. I know I can shut it off on the controller but should I tape off the bottom sensor?

So many questions...how long does it take to charge the batteries?
What kind of batteries do you all use in the controller?

Hi Swimmer, Disengage the ACT by pulling the plugs out of the ESC/rx. If ya really want to disengage, pull the wire and sensors out by the roots and chuck em somewhere deep, dark and cold. ;D In any case you're in for a real treat...a brand new Super Cub can't be beat! happy flyin M

Just unplug and tape back the wires. Batteries take ~ 40" depending on how high you set the peak charger. Wall charger will take longer. fly
